We are interested in understanding the mutual recognition procedure in Slovakia for fertilizer products that are lawfully manufactured and sold in France, with the goal of accessing the Slovakian market. Could you please provide information on the specific requirements and steps involved in this mutual recognition process?
Additionally, we would like to inquire about the authorization status of fertilizers containing micro-organisms, such as bacteria, in your country. Are these types of fertilizers permitted for use and sale in Slovakia?

If your micro-organism fertilizers are registered in France, we can recognize this registration by mutual recognition.

The fee is 35 euros per 1 fertilizer, the invoice is sent at the end of the process together with the confirmation.
