Tests performing of devices
Question
As a representative of a Russian producer of electric meter devices, I have a query regarding testing requirements for our products. Attached are the technical data sheets of the meters (both 1/3 phase devices) that we would like to have tested. Our manufacturing facility is located in Stavropol, Russia.
We kindly request you to provide us with an offer for performing the necessary tests on our devices to ensure compliance with the following directives:
Low Voltage Directive (LVD)
Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS)
Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMC)
Measuring Instruments Directive (MID) for both B+D modules
ISO 17025 (related to testing and calibration laboratory competence)

In the Slovak Republic, the area of conformity assessment is stipulated by the Act No 56/2018 on conformity assessment of the product, making available the product on the market, and amending certain Acts.
As regards the product testing, please, address your request to any Slovak Notified Body below, for respective technical regulations in the area of EMC, LVD and MID. As regards RoHS Directive, we recommend you to address the responsible authority, Ministry of Environment of the Slovak Republic.
As regards ISO certification (ISO 17 025), we recommend you to address your request to any Accredited Body from the list of accredited bodies for respective area. The list can be found on the website of the Slovak National Accreditation Service (SNAS): https://ais.snas.sk/ais/#!Login. All Slovak accredited certification bodies performing the certification are listed there.
